FUTURE NRC INSPECTION OF FLUID COMPONENTS, INC.
This letter confirms the dates of June 6-9, 1994, for an NRC inspection of Fluid Components, Inc. (FCI)
These dates were established in an April 21, 1994, telephone call between Mr.
Stephen R.
Mitchell of FCI and Mr. Richard C.
Wilson of the NRC.
The inspection will review selected procedures and implementation for FCI's 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, quality assurance program for supplying nuclear safety-related equipment, and will review the 10 CFR Part 21 reporting program.
It will concentrate on reviewing your implementation of corrective actions identified i n' response to the findings of NRC Inspection Report 99901264/93-01.
