ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 14 TO AMENDED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE N0. R-106 - OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY TRIGA RESEARCH REACTOR (TAC N0. M87034)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 14 to Amended Facility Operating license No. R-106 for the Oregon State University (OSU) TRIGA Resiarch Reactor. The amendment consists of chariges to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your submittal dated July 7, 1993, as supplemented on March 21, 1994.
The amendment corrects several spelling / grammar errors, changes the surveillance requirement for performing test pulses and updates the organization of OSU in the technical specifications.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No.14 is also enclosed.
