We are requesting the power level scram be changed back to the value it had in Amendment 13. It was inadvenently changed in Amendment 14 and was not intended to be included in Amendment 14. The changes to Section 6.10 are primarily to make our document compatible with the fact that Region V no longer exists. By referring to "the appropriate USNRC Regional Office" we will always be in agreement should there be another consolidation, increase, or change in regional offices. We were also informed that either a telephone call or a FAX would suffice for an initial 24 hour2.777778e-4 days
0.00667 hours
3.968254e-5 weeks
9.132e-6 months
report. The document, including the proposed changes, has been reviewed and approved by the Facility Reactor Safeguards Committee.
