NRC Inspection Report Numbers 50-348/94-04 and 50-364/94-04 dated April 12,1994 included a Notice of Violation concerning mispositioning of plant equipment. The response to the Notice of Violation was required by May 12,1994.
In a telephone conversation on May 5,1994 between Mr. H. O. Christensen of Region 11 and Mr. B. D. McKinney of Southern Nuclear Operating Company, an extension for replying to the Notice of Violation was granted. The response to the Notice of Violation is due May 18,1994.
