In my letter dated April 19, 1994, I provided you with a revised version of Georgia Power Company's (GPC's) proposed stipulations regarding the Intervenor's illegal license transfer allegation. In a subsequent review of this submittal, I have discovered two inadvertent errors that require correction. First, stipulation paragraph 24 identified the date of Exhibit 21, an Alabama Power Company letter to the NRC, as June 10, 1991. The date should have been June 20,1991. Second, Exhibit 26, as described in stipulation paragraph 29, was not included in the package which caused Exhibits 27, 28, 29, and 30 to be placed behind the wrong exhibit tabs.

In order to minimize any confusion caused by these errors, I have enclosed a new stipulations package with this letter. Today's date, April 22,1994, has been added to the top right-hand corner of the stipulation package so that this package may be more easily distinguished from the prior package. Since these are the only changes that have been made, I am not enclosing another "CompareRite" version of the stipulations document. I apologize for any inconvenience these errors may have caused.
