This will inform the Licensing Board and parties that the Staff does not intend to reply to the filings made by the Intervenor on May 10, 1994.
I do note that "Intervenor's Motion To Compel Licensee To Produce A.W. Dahlberg; Reconvene The Deposition of George Hairston And Schedule The Deposition Of Thomas Beckham" dated May 6, 1994, concludes " Counsel to NRC Staff and Licensee agreed to accommodate Mr. Kohn's request."
This is not correct.
The Staff had no role in the discussions between Mr. Kohn and Mr. Lamberski regarding discovery.
