Dear Mr. Comley:
I have been asked to respond to your letter to Chairman Selin, dated April 5, 1994.
We have completed a review of your letter and its enclosures to determine whether any new safety issues requiring staff attention have been identified.
We found none.
While we appreciate your concerns and the sincerity of your views regarding the evacuation plans for residents with physical impairments, we believe this issue has been adequately addressed.
Accordingly, we plan to take no further action on the basis of the information provided in your letter.
