In letter W3F1-93-0196, dated December 3, 1993, Waterford 3 stated that an annual emergency exercise objer.tives meeting for the 1994 emergency preparedness exercise would bc scheduled and notification of the. schedule would be provided to the NRC. However, scosequent to the announcement of having an objectives meeting, the State of Louisiana and FEMA determined that an objectives meeting is not necessary given that 1994 is 7 non-participation year for the State and local parish organizations and there are very few offsite objectives for the 1994 exercise. Accordingly, there will be no annual exercise objectives meeting for this exercise.
