INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-333/94-11
This refers to the safety inspection conducted by Mr. R. A. McBrearty of this office on
April 11,1994, at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, Lycoming, New York.
The results of the inspection were discussed with you at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are descibed in the NRC Region I inspection report
enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, ne inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures, representative records, and interviews with personnel. The
inspection covered areas considered important to :afety, including an assessment of the
erosion / corrosion monitoring program.
Within the scope of this inspection, we concluded that the areas of the erosion / corrosion
program examined during this inspection were conducted in accordance with applicable
requirements, and no violations were observed.
