This acknowledges receipt of your letters dated September 30, 1993 and April 4,1994, in response to our letter dated August 20, 1993, transmitting a Notice of Violation.
This also refers to the telephone conversation between you and l
Mr. W. P. Reichhold concerning the apparent violation for the unintentional disposal of a krypton-85 source.
From that discussion, it is our understanding that you object to the wording of the violation, but you do not dispute the violation.
We have reviewed your corrective actions, which appear to'be adequate, and l
have no further questions at this time.
