CALLAWAY PLANT, UNIT 1 - SAFETY EVALUATION OF EMERGENCY ACTION LEVEL CHANGES (TAC NO. M88479)
The NRC staff has completed its review of your proposed changes to the Emergency Action Levels procedure EIP-ZZ-00101, Classification of Emergencies, Revision 15, in the Union Electric Company's emergency plan for the Callaway Plant, Unit 1.
The staff safety evaluation (SE) associated with this review is enclosed. The SE addresses your original submittal dated December 17, 1993, as amended April 21, 1994, and April 25, 1994.
The staff has concluded that the proposed changes meet the requirements of Section 50.47(b)(4) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Reaulations and 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E.
