Af ter our telephone conference on April 19, 1994, I
notified some of my witnesses regarding the possibility that the hearing on technical issues might commence the week of July 18, 1994.
One of my witnesses who will testify with respect to two of our contentions, reports that she is unable to appear that week, as she is delivering two papers at a technical conference in Florida.
She will, however, be available the following week of July 25, 1994.
I propose that this matter be included in our discussions during the telephone conference which is currently scheduled for May 5, 1994 at 4:30 p.m.
