Due to the schedules of the judges in. this case, we request the Staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to schedule - on a tentative basis subject to cancellation after our May 3 prehearing conference an in camera briefing for the Board concerning the April 19 ' Board Notification (94-08).

The briefing will occur at the offices of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel unless the Office of Investigation requests a hearing in some other place.
