ADDITION TO SPECIALTY FUELS BUILDING We have reviewed your letter dated April 11, 1994, concerning an addition to the Specialty Fuels Building to house a sintering furnace for neutron absorber fuel production.
We agree that the activities proposed for the expanded building are authorized under the existing license and that no amendment is necessary.
However, the changes to Part II, which you plan to submit in early 1995, should include changes to Chapters 10 and 15 and revised Figures 11-10.1, 11-10.2, 11-10.18, II-10.18a, 11-10.20, and 11-10.32 that show the addition and new equipment.
You should also be aware that information concerning this expansion may be requested as part of license renewal actions.
