Non Conformance 10 CFR 71.105 " Quality Assurance Program"
Response
- 1) As pointed out in the inspection an un:lcar and unorganized procedures and lack of terminology clarification has resulted in the non compliance's within this section. To correct this problem Alpha-Omega has implemented a self evaluation as suggested by the NRC. The evaluation indicated that the Q.A. program needs to be rewritten in a clear and concise manner as to establish an efficient Q.A. Program.
- 2) Corrective actions begun: 1) Self evaluation 2) rewriting the QA Program requirement.
- 3) The rewritten manual will be finished by May 25,1994 and the dated of full compliance will be establish for each section therein.

Response
