ACCESS AUTHORIZATION CONCERN AT D. C. COOK
Dear Mr. Fitzpatrick:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission recently received a concern regarding an employee at the D.C. Cook Nuclear Plant.
Details of this concern are enclosed. After a review of the information, we concluded that there is no regulatory basis for further action on our part and we are providing the details for your information only.
The enclosure to this letter should be controlled and distribution limited to pet sonnel with a "need to know". This enclosure is considered Exempt from Public Disclosure according to 10 CFR 2.790. However, a copy of this letter, excluding the enclosure, will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
We will aladly discuss acy questions you may have concerning this information.
