ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES (TAC NO. L30669)
We have received your applicat;on dated April 22, 1994, requesting an amendment to your license to reflect organizational changes.
As we have discussed, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is unable to review the-application and issue the amendment before May 1,1994, the day on which your new organization will be effective.
However, we expect to be able to issue the amendment before the end of May.
Therefore, we have approved your use of the new organization on a temporary basis during the amendment application review.
You should be aware that our review may raise additional issues that may require changes in the proposed new organizational structure.
If any such issues are raised, you will be informed as soon as possible.
