INSPECTION REPORT ISSUED ON MARCH 10, 1994
The report numbers of the chemistry inspection led by Mr. Steven K. Orth

of this office, transmitted with our letter dated March 10, 1994, were in
error, duplicating numbers used in another report issued by the Region.
Therefore, this letter administratively changes Inspection Report Nos. 50-
456/94003(DRSS) and 50-457/94003(DRSS) to Inspection Report Nos. 50-
456/94014(DRSS) and 50-457/94014(DRSS). Additionally, the tracking numbers
for the violation identified in the report have been changed from 50-
456/94003-01(DRSS) and 50-457/94003-01(DRSS) to Nos. 50-456/94014-01(DRSS) and
50-457/940I4-01(DRSS),respectively. We apologize for any inconvenience this
change may have caused you.
