At the suggestion of Mr. Phil Quals,I write to inform you that Mr. Michael Pollock, Acting Director of the Reed Reactor Facility, has resigned as of March 31, 1994. We have hired Mr. Stephen G. Frantz, whose resume is attached, as Interim Director. Mr. Frantz will start on April 18,1994. I am assuming responsibility for the facility until that time, and our normal routine of maintenance and testing will continue under the supervision of our Assistant Director and our Reactor Supervisor. We hope to have a permanent Director in place by the end of the summer, and we will keep you informed on our progress. Please let me know if you have any questions.
