Dear Mr. Batavia:
This will confirm a recent conversation with you and Mr. Autry relating to NRC's visit to review the South Carolina Radiation Control Program for Agreement Materials.
The visit is scheduled in your Office for April 11-12, and Mr. Autry's Office for April 13-14, 1994.
This will be an informal visit to assess the status of your program and to discuss any topics of mutual concern.
I would like to accompany one of your materials inspectors during the visit in your Office, and I also would like to accompany Mr. Autry's staff to the Barnwell facility on one day.
The usual questions sent to you in preparation for a full review will not be needed for this visit.
