20415 Dear Ms In response to your recent letter inviting me to participate in the first national meeting with officials from colleges and universities that belong to the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU), I am pleased to inform you that I plan to attend the April 2-3, 1991 meeting in San Antonio, Texas.
