Operator License Examinations to be Administered April 22, 1991
Dear Mr. Martin:
Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC) requests that examinations-for Reactor Operator and Senior Reactor Operator for Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) be administered during the week of April 22, 1991 to the personnel listed in the attachment.
This date was previously agreed upon as discussed between Mr. J. E. Gilmore, WCNOC, and Mr. K. M. _ Kennedy NRC Chief Examiner.
Each of the applicants will require a license for performance of his duties at WCGS.
As requested in the reference, preliminary reactor operator and senior reactor operator license applications (NRC Form 398) and medical I
certifications (NRC Form 396) have been provided to your staff.
Final signed applications certifying that all training has been completed will be submitted at least 14 days prior-to the examination date as requested in the reference.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact me or Mr. H. K. Chernoff of my staff.
