NRC Form 474, Simulation Facilities Certification, is enclosed along with the certification report which has been developed in accordance with Regulatory Guide 1.149 and American National Standards Institute /American Nuclear Society standard ANSI /ANS 3.5-1985 entitled, Nuclear Power Plant Sieulators for Use in Operator Training.
