Gentlemen:
The referenced letter provided the results of the inspection conducted by T.J. Madeda on December 11, 1990 through January 9, 1991 of activities at Dresden Statlon, The referenced letter indicated that certain activities appeared to be in viointion of NRC requirements.
The Commonwealth Edison Cot $any response to the Notice of Violation is provided in the Enclosure.
The enclosure contains information concerning the Security Plan for a nuclear power station and should be controlled in accordance with the provisiois of 10 CFR 73.'1.
