Due to recent changes of responsibility for the distribution and control of Emergency Plan Implementing procedures, we hati encountered delays in reproduction services required to support this submittal.

As a result the enclosed procedures are not being submitted within the required 30 days per 10 CFA 50 -

Appendix E.

The reporting requirements for the submittal of these procedures have been reviewed and communicated to the new responsible group to ensure timely submitta1Lof future ravisions.
