DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION Attached is a " Request for Hearing and Petition to Intervene" submitted by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
The petition was filed ~in response to a notice of consideration of the issuance of NRC orders authorizing Cintichen, Inc. (Docket No. 50-54) to decommission and dismantle
-its reactor facility and terminate the facility license. The notice was published in the Etslgtal Reaister at 56 Feg. Reg..1422 (January 14, 1991). (Copy Attached)
