NRC-02-90-009 This confirms verbal authorization provided to your firm on January 23, 1991, to commence work under Task Order No. 10 on January 23, 1991, with a

In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No.10.

This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work, the Contractor's proposal dated January 21, 1991, and the following telephonic changes of January 21, 1991:

Decrease indirect overhead rate from 83.10% to 82.60%.

Decrease G&A rate from 10.30% to 10%.

Reduce fixed fee from $52,253.00 to $45,240.00 Adjust proposed costs in accordance with the above changes, Task Order No. 10 shall be in effect from January 23, 1991 through February 28, 1993, with a cost ceiling of $565,241.00 (inclusive of the amount authorized verbally).

The amount of $520,001.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $45,240.00 represents the fixed fee.

The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this task order i s $400,000.00.

This amount should not be exceeded until notice is provided to you that additional funds are available.

It is estimated that this obligated amount will cover performance of work through September 30, 1991.
