This task order modification provides for an administrative change to the subject Task Order:
Revises the expiration date of the subject Task Oroer f rom i
February 29, 1991 to Marr.h 1, 1991, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
The effective date of this modification is February 19, 1991. All other terms and conditions of this Task Order, including the ceiling amount of
$58,498.43, remain unchanged.
The issuence of this Task Order modification does not change any terms or conditions of the subject contract Acceptance of Modification No I to Task Order No. 13 should be made by executing three copies of this document in the space provided and returning two copies to the Contract Administrator.
