- Licensing Director.to discuss =the status of licensing actions and plant:

operation..The following issues were discussed:
-(SLC) :,jstem design at'RBS and the recent event at Quad Cities;.the prelim-inary agenda for the March 21,-1991, meeting at the RBS site; repair and possible: actions.regarding the Division 1 diesel generator thermal control valve for the jacket water cooling system; possible Technical Specification (TS) changes regarding the actuation of the control room air filters; proposed TS changes being reviewed by the NRC; and possible TS changes to be submitted in the future.
