Gentlemen:

SUBJECT:

Fitness for Duty Program Performance Data in accordance with 10 CFR 26.71d, enclosed are Fitness for Duty Program Performance Data forns for the six month period ending December 31, 1990.

Revised forms for the six month period ending June 30, 1990 are also enclosed.

This revision is necessary because data in the " Random Testing Program Results"-

section was not accumulated from the Random Category block on page 1 of the form.

Instead, the data contained in the " Random Testing Program Results" section was accumulated from the Total Category block on pz.ge 1 of the form making the number higher thar, it actually was.

This discrepancy was caused by a misunderstanding of which data the " Random Testing Program Results" section requested. Omaha Public Power Olstrict has revised its-methodology and this data is now accumulated only from the Random Category.

Revision 2 of Fitness for Duty Program Performance Data for the perioo ending June 33, 1990 contains the correct data for the " Random Testing Program Results" section, 9103070029 910228 PDR ADOCK 05000205
