$31,000.00 120-19-13-01-0 L11761 31X0200.201 35,000.00 The purpose of this modification is to obligate funding under the contract in the amount of $66,000.00 as shown above, to change two B&R numbers on Modification No. 44 and to revise the Key Personnel Clause. Accordingly, the following changes are made:
1.
Section G.1, paragraph 4, is revised to read as follows:
"4.
Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are $13,256,101.00,"
NOTE:
Refer to Task Orders issued under this contract for exact breakdowns of cost, award fee and base fee amounts.
2.
Block 12 of Modification No. 44 is revised to show the following B&R numbers for Fins D1312-1 and L1773-1:
"120-19-11-02-0 D1312-1 120-19-11-02-0 L1773-1" 3.
Science Ap'plications International Corporation's letter request of January 22, 1991 is hereby accepted.
Your letter of January 22, 1991 is hereby attached and made a part of this contract.
As a result, Section H.,
" Key Personnel", of the contract is revised by deleting the name " Robert Liner" and adding the name " Steven Mlrsky".
It should be noted that Dr.
Bahman Ateft was added to this clause by Modification No. 17 to the contract.
