DPR 42 50 306 DPk-60 S.nbmission of a Proposed Revision to the Securt ry Plan Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.4(b)(4), we are submitting four copies of a proposed revision to the Prairie Island Security Plan.
These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan.
Due to the large number of administrative changes proposed by this revision, wa are not issuing this change to manual holders until we have received your comments on the proposed revision.
Following receipt and incorporation of four comments, we will issue this revision to manual holders per the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.54(p).
This proposed revision to the Security Plan contains Safeguards Information as identified by the Commission in 10 CFR Part 73, Section 73.21.
The Security Plan revision should not be made available for inspection and should not be placed in the public document room.
