DPE.42 50 306 DPR 60 License Amendment Request Dated February 25, 1991 L Administrative Changes Related to Organization, ggerations Cornittee Mettbership and Working llan Attached is a request for a chnnge to the Technical Specifications, Appendix A of the Operating Licenses, for t.be Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant.
This request is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CPR Part 50, Section $0.90.
This License Amendment Request proposes three primary changes to the Technical Specifications. They are:
- 1. Delete the corporate and plant organizational charts from the Technical Specifications and add new Specificauons that ecpture the essential aspects of the organizational structure.
- 2. Address the use of alternate mertbers on the Operations Committee to meet the gunrum requirement.
- 3. Regarding overtime restrictions, the proposed changes spectfy that the objective is to have personnel work a nominal 40 hour4.62963e-4 days <br />0.0111 hours <br />6.613757e-5 weeks <br />1.522e-5 months <br /> week and the changes remove the specific limits on the number of hourn in a normal work day, Exhibit A contains a description of the proposed changes, the reasons for requesting the changes, and the supporting safety evaluation /significant hazards determination. Exhibit B contains current Prairic Island Technical Specification pages marked up to show the proposed changes. Exhibit C contains the revised Technical Specification pages.
