Fitness for Duty Program Summary:

During this reporting period, approximately 58% of the population have been tested.

The rate of positive is less than one_ quarter of a percent.

Of the substances tested for, THC is the drug-of preference.

Positive Results:

The two samples that yielded positive results were both positive for THC.

One sample was above the cut-off limit. established by the company.

It was,_

however, below the 100ng/ml cut-off suggested by the Nuclear Regulatory commission. The other sample encountered autoflorescent interference from a constituent in the sample and the level of cut off of drug and drug; a

metabolites could not be determined from on site screening. This sample was confirmed positive by the HHS-NIDA Laboratory and was confirmed positive by the MRO.

Management Actions:

The two licensee employees that tested positive were reported to management.

Management suspended their access for fourteen days pending recommendation by the Employee Assistance program evaluation and re-entry testing. The two employees were granted access to the protected area upon their return to work and are enrolled in follow-up testing programs, i

presently, four employees are enrolled in follow-up testing programs.

During this reporting period, 56 tests have been administered collectively-to those employees.

During'this reporting period, there were no violations of the fitness for-duty policy.

program Weaknesses:

Weaknesses from previous internal audit, discussed in the last submittal (W3p90-1194), have_ been addressed byf the Waterford 3 corrective action program.
