This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. W. M. McNeill of this office
during the pericd January 7-11 and 22-25, 1991, of activities authorized by NRC
Operating Licenses NPF-87 and CFPR-127 for the Comanche Peak Steam Electric
Station, Units 1 and 2, and to the discussion of our 1indings with you and
other mernbers of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The area examined during the inspection was your corrective action program.
Within this area, the inspection consisted of selective exarrination of
procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and
observations by the inspector. The inspection findings are documented in the
enclosed inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were identified.
