Modification No. I to Task Order No. 12 Under Contract No. NRC-33-89-132 In accordance with your request on January 23, 1991 the Task Manager under the subject task order is changed from Mr. Ed Murray to Mr. Sam Sunukjian at no-increase to the ceiling amount.
Accordingly, the task order is revised as follows:
" Effective February 25, 1991 Mr. Murray shall be the Project Manager under Task Order No. 12."
