Enclosed please find the Semi Annual Ef0uent Release Report in compliance with paragraph 6.9.1.8 of the Unit I and Unit 2 Technical Specifications, and an update of Table 3A for the first half of 1990. This report does not include the analytical results for strontium for the fourth quarter. These values will be provided in an updated report as soon as they are available. As required, the meteorological data is being kept in our files on site and will be available to you if requested.
