Dear fir. Watterson:
This is to acknowledge the receipt of your letter dated December 28, 1990, providing a response to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) letter dated December 5, 1990.
This also serves us a follow-up to the telephone conversation Mr. Robert Shewmaker, Project Manager, had with your designee on January 15, 1991, regarding your request for a time extension of 90 days, to April 15, 1991.
We agree to the time extension and request that no partial submittals be made, but instead the entire set of responses to the outstanding issues be submitted by the April 15, 1991, deadline.
The use you outlined in your letter of a new cover, cover sheet and an addendum will be adequate-to accomplish the identification of the document under the new ownership and the newly submitted material.
