This letter addresses the inspection of your facility at Commerce, California, conducted by Mr. Kamal R. Naidu of this office on December 8, 1988, and the discussion of his findings with you at the conclusion of the inspection.
4 Release of this report was delayed due to the NRC's ongoing review of 4
nonconforming and substandard vendor products.
This inspection was conducted to review activities relative to your supply of electrical equipment to the nuclear industry and whether this equipment was properly represented. This inspection consisted of an examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
