Thank you for your letter dated November 30, 1990, in response to our October 31, 1990 letter co7cerning allegations pertaining to flow problems and Icaks associated with the isolation valve seal water (IVSW) system at the Zion Station (Allegation Rl!I-f0-A-0100),
in our letter, we requested that you fully analyze the allegation end take all actions that you ceem aperopriate to resolve this issue and submit the results of your inver.tigation to the NRC.
Your response indicated that the allegation is substantia *.ed with regard to the flow and backleakage problems, tiowever, the problems with the IV5W system were being identif fed and corrected by your existing progiams. We found your-investigation to be sufficient to support your conclusions and have no additional questions regarding this natter. Accordingly, Olegation Rill-90-A-0100 is considered closed.
We request that you retain the supporting documentation for your investigation of this allegation for a minimum of one year from the date of this letter, in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulatlans, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
