As per our telephone conversation this afternoon, attached is a revised copy of our QA program for the use of DOT 7A, Type A packages (DOT Specification 17FI $5 gal. steel drums)l'or the shipment of slightly irradiated AGN fuel to the DOE facility at Oak Rid ge.

As i mentioned, we have finally received authorization from Oak Ridge to proceed wita the fuel shipment. Therefore, we request that ap stoval of the QA program be granted as soon as possible to so that we may ship the fuel ofi site and commence decomnussionin ;
