ACCEPTANCE OF REVISION 24 TO ADVANCED NUCLEAR FUELS CORPORATION (ANF) QA TOPICAL REPORT We have reviewed proposed Revision 24 to the tcpical report ANF-1A, " Quality Assurance Program for Nuclear Fuels," submitted with the letter of December 5, 1990, f rom R. H. Nelson of your staff. We discussed the proposed revision with Mr. Helson by telephone on January 2,1991, and it was agreed that Section 2.8 of the report would be revised to n.eet 10 CFR SC.55(f)(3). With this revi31on, we find the QA program acceptable in that it will continue to meet the require-ments of 10 CFR 50, Aprendix 0.
Pitasesubmitthetopicalreport,revisedasnotedabove}(7)(ii). including a copy of this letter, to the NRC in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b That is, submit one signed original of the revised report to the Nuclear Regulatory Conmiission, Document Control Desk, Washington, D.C.
