from the The purpose of this modification is to deogligate $40,000.00 obligted arr.ount of the contract thereby decreasing the contract ceiling amount and to correct the accounting and appropriation data. Accordingly, 1

Under Section B.2 entitled " Consideration and Obligation - Time and 1.
Materials (MAR 198/),"'the contract ceiling and obligated am'ounts therefore are decreased by $40,000.00 f rom $321,469.92 to $281,469.92; paragraphs a. and t>. are deleted in their entirety and the following paragraphs are substituted in Iieu thereof:
