Article V - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT, paragraph 3., is revised to read as follows:

"3.

The amount presently obligated by the Commission with respect to this Cooperative Agreement for CY 1991 ef fort is $104,100.00.

The total amount obligated since inception of this Agreement is increased by $104,100.00, from $638,900.00 to $743,000.00."

Attachment A, Statement of Work, Section Il-B - General Requirements, paragraph B., is hereby revised to reflect CY 1991 sites and rates of payments as follows:
