The contract is therefore modified as follows:
The first sentence under B.4.b. is deleted in its entirety and the following is inserted:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $575,000.00."
This modification results in the amount obligated being increased by $100,000, from $475,000 to
$57 5,000.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
