Dear Mr. Matthews:
Our review of the February 1989 final Remedial Action Plan (fRAP) for the Lakeview, Oregon, UMTRAP site is in progress.
As we have discus;ed with your
' staff, the specifications that were included in the document are the original specifications that were issued in 1986.
Therefore, we have compiled the enclosed list of modifications to specifications, entitled Project' Interface Documents (PIDs), that were issued for the Lakeview Project.
Please verify-that the list is complete and correct.
For example, our office received only Revision 1 of PIO 13-5-19, while PID 13-S-25. Revision 1, alludes to Revision 2 of PID 13-5-19.
Also, there is no mechanism for our office to~ determine if a FID was enacted after it was issued.
If you. identify any deficiencies in our list,'please forward the supporting documentation.
Your prompt reply will ensure that our scheduled response to the fRAP will be met, j
