We have completed our final Staff Technical Position (STP) " Design of Erosion Protection Covers for Stabilization of Uranium Hill Tailings Sites." A copy L
of the STP is enclosed.

- non-Agreement States.
In addition, the position should be sent to states and
. tribes involved in Title II activities. The availability of the position was
. noticed in the Federal Register on September 17, 1990. However, transmitting i
the STP directly to the Tribes and Agreement States will allow them to use it-immediately.
