Robert Williams George Gardes Cathy Haney John Jankovich Nancy Osgood Carl Withee Introductig A meeting was held at the request of Westinghouse Electric Corporation at Rockville, Maryland on September 25, 1990, concerning the renewal of the Model No. RCC shipping package, in an earlier meeting, August 29, 1990, Westinghouse discussed their plans to modify the RCC package and rename it the Model No. MCC with a separate Certificate of Compliance.
The current meeting was requested to identify the preparations necessary for renewal of the old RCC Certificate of Compliance.
Discussion The applicant will revise and update the package drawings.
It was mentioned that detailed fabrication drawings are not necessary but features related to the package safety must be shown. The a)plicant was reminded to review the operating and maintenance procedures to se sure that they are up to date and correct. These procedures will be incorporated by reference as a condition of the Certificate of Compliance. The applicant was informed that a request for 3

l renewal must be made at least 30 days prior to the July 31, 1991, expiration date for the Certificate of Compliance to be considered under timely renewal.
A discussion was also held with members of the NRC inspection team on the inspection procedures and criteria.
