Unit 1 Cycle 14 and Unit 2 Cycle 14 are being provided in accordance with the L
requirements of Technical Specification Section 6.7.A.6.
The limits specified in the attached Core Operating Limits Reports have been established using NRC l
approved methodology.
l The Unit 2 Core Operating Limits Report has been revised to incorporate new l
core operating limits for Cycle 14 scheduled to begin operation in October 1990.
Editorial changes intended to clarify the applicability of the rod insertion limit curves have also been incorporated into both the Unit 1 and the Unit 2 Core Oparating Limits Reports.
