Contract No. NRC-33-85-330 Modification No. 9 Page 2 of 3 This modification is issued to adjust the provisional rates according to the latest audit information available..
Accordingly the contract is modified as follows:
Ps"agraph G.2, Overhead / General and Administrative Rates, is changed to revise subparagraph D and E as follows:
D.
Pending the establishment of final overhead rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 83.09% of direct labor costs for TAI, and 40.70% of direct labor costs'for Client effective October 1, 1989.
E.
Pending the estabitshment of final general and administrative rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 13.50 percent of total direct labor, overhead, and other direct costs.
All-other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
